ARCHITECTONIC PROPOSAL

At the moment, the request for previous information regarding the construction works, to build a new hotel has already been submitted to C.M.O. (City Hall of Oeiras), - a “charm” hotel in order to qualify and to take full advantage of the set comprising the Palace, the Clock Tower and surrounding gardens and giving them a new use.

The proposal for the new buildings includes::

   •  A building Northeast of the Palace, which will be a SPA

   •  Parking areas

   •  Connections among the different buildings through transparent corridors and lifts.

   •  Maximum number of floors (new buildings): 2
